2008 HKIA Annual Award - President's Prize
​
Inspired by the philosophy of traditional Chinese academy architecture that emphasizes harmony between the man and the environment, the LRC was designed to work around and integrate with the existing trees. Shades provided by the trees would allow the use of glass facade for the LRC for enhanced visual connection without excessive solar heat gain.
